9. Coold & Freeze Corp is not a service contractor (HVAC – Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) therefore, it is the responsibility of the subcontracted companies to assume everything necessary to execute a service.
10. Coold & Freeze Corp assumes that said companies are responsible in terms of licenses, permits and insurance for the execution of the tasks for which they are subcontracted.

General.

1. You may not transfer any of your rights under these terms and conditions to any other person. We may transfer our rights under these terms and conditions where we reasonably believe that your rights will not be affected.

Coold & Freeze Corp provides you with email updates that may include information about the status of your Warranty Certificate or Warranty Claim by mediating between the customer and the company distributing the product.

Terms and Conditions of Use for Text Updates.

Your access and use of the Warranty Form and Warranty Claim are subject to our website Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you consent to allow Coold & Freeze Corp to send you text messages with updates and consent to receive additional text messages, which may include customer experience surveys regarding your experience.

Coold & Freeze Corp provides you with text message updates that may include delivery date and time and information about the status of your Warranty Certificate or Warranty Claim.

Your telecommunications provider may charge you data usage fees (including additional roaming charges) to receive TEXT messages. Please contact your wireless carrier for full pricing details.

How long do we retain your information?
