Returns We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund was approved. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days if approved. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. RESIDENTIAL APPLICATIONS LIMITED STANDARD WARRANTY – UNIT MUST BE INSTALLED BY A CERTIFIED HVAC CONTRACTOR OR A CERTIFIED EPA TECHNICIAN – Single Mini-Split The warranty period is One (1) Year on all Parts when properly installed*. Unit must be installed in an owner-occupied location with the original owner. This Limited Warranty Statement applies only to systems that are properly installed by a state certifiedor licensedHVAC contractor, under applicable local and state law in accordance with all applicable building codes and permits, installation and operation instructions and good trade practices. Defective parts must be returned to the distributor.
