Warranty and return policy for cold immersion unit Warranty: 1 year period All Miami Plunge LLC DBA Boxplunge products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery. The warranty covers clear manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur during normal use of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs or any modifications to the product. During the warranty period, Miami Plunge LLC DBA Boxplunge will, at its sole option, repair or replace the defective product or its parts free of charge. The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. ​ Extended warranty from 2 to 5 years is (optional): For added peace of mind, customers have the option to purchase an extended warranty, which extends coverage to a total of 2 to 5 years from the date of delivery. This extended warranty provides the same coverage as the standard warranty, covering manufacturing defects and malfunction under normal use, but does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, negligence, unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product. During the extended warranty period, Miami Plunge LLC DBA Boxplunge will repair or replace the defective product or parts, at its option, free of charge. The extended warranty is also non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product. Please note that the 2-year extended warranty is an optional purchase and incurs an additional cost. Note: In case a customer has purchased a 2-5 year extended warranty, this will replace the standard 1 year warranty and the terms of the extended warranty will be honored for the selected warranty period.
